Charles Benefield Award
Rebecca Rust, Director and Chief Economist, Labor Market Statistics Center – Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation
The award recognizes professionals demonstrating outstanding leadership in advancing the art and science of labor market information (LMI). Ms. Rust has three decades of service to the profession, including 21 year with the Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation. She was previously awarded the 2010 Workforce Development Professional of the Year award from the Florida Economic Development Council.
