North Carolina’s Labor & Economic Analysis Division (LEAD) will share their strategies for serving and engaging LMI customers in efforts to be more relevant in a Post-COVID, remote work, and AI world. This session will touch on LEAD’s new approach to products and services, including:
- Integrating regular virtual information sessions and in-person, customized, regional trainings.
- Creating on-demand dashboard products for workforce boards.
- Leveraging technology, partnership, and staff research and analysis skills to meet frequent requests, questions, and general uncertainty of customers.
- Expanding outreach and promotion – blogs, newsletters, social media, webinars.
- Intentionally increasing relevance to new customers/partners through collaborations, research, data, products, participation.
