AI is transforming how organizations communicate, but most workforce and economic development teams are not using it to its full potential.
At the same time, organizations are under growing pressure not just to deliver results, but to clearly demonstrate impact to funders, employers, public leaders, and community partners. Even strong outcomes can be overlooked if they are not communicated in ways that resonate with different audiences.
This interactive, full-day training shows you how to combine practical AI tools with proven impact communication strategies to strengthen your message and increase your influence.
You will learn how to:
- Use AI to generate audience insights and stakeholder personas
- Identify and prioritize key audiences and understand what they need to hear
- Clarify your strongest impact story, including what changed, who benefited, and why it matters
- Turn outcomes and data into compelling, audience-specific messages
- Create clear, consistent communications without starting from scratch each time
- Build a simple, actionable communications plan supported by AI
Through live demonstrations and hands-on exercises, you will apply tools to real-world challenges such as stakeholder skepticism, competing priorities, and partner misalignment. You will leave with practical templates, draft messaging, and a clear outreach plan you can put into action immediately.
