This peer-learning opportunity brings directors and managers of economic and workforce development research together to gain insights about how to more effectively set their research agenda and manage their research team. Through facilitated discussions and scenario-based group exercises, day one will focus on crafting your organizational research mission, balancing administrative work that comes with the territory, building your budget, and effectively communicating with your team.
NOTE: The first session of this class will be in person in Columbus, OH. There will not be a virtual component for that session. We do not recommend registering for the course if you are unable to make it to the first session.
